Suzuki Bandit GSF 1200 N - Carbs Cleaning and Troubleshooting (HD)

Описание: The year before the carbs were cleaned, motorbike was running, then the winter passed and they are clogged again. The bike can start, but runs only on choke and not very well. So we had to take the carbs out, clean them up, install and look if they cooperate. Of course not all of them did, so we needed to work on them again... and then synchronise them...

TOOLS
cross and flat long screw drivers
small and medium flat screw driver
cleaning brush
tiny metal wires ment for jets cleaning
measuring tool for fuel height
gloves
fresh air (gasoline smells badly and intense...)
compressed air is also good, but not necessary
thermometer to measure exhaust temp
glass spark plug to see inside the cylinder

MATERIAL
paper towels
carb or brake cleaner
carb repair set with pintle valve, idle screws and float chamber sealing, if something goeas bad
NBR O-rings for the pintle valve, needle jet, diaphgram chamber and idle screw, the normal ISO ones doesn't fit very good, I would maybe use some for air condition or so as they have other dimensions, or OEM, if you like to
