Products:
400gr. phyllo dough, traditional balkan dough in sheets. You can use lavash bread or even tortillas instead, but for best results try to find phyllo dough.
200gr. bulgarian white cheese or feta cheese
5 eggs
200gr. curds/quark/cottage cheese
400gr. yogurt
1-2tbsp baking soda and
30-40ml. sunflower oil (or other oil/ butter)
Bake until golden brown at 200C/392F in preheated oven.
