Romeo is a very strange character. He has excellent survivability (six ways to prevent damage), but low damage and no super-powerful talents for challenge runs.
I consider Romeo quite weak, but I completed this challenge with him on my first try... But he still exists somewhere between Tiers B and C
After dash builds nerf and without Vajra, the only option left is to play a Power build with variations.
Relentless Assaults, Bursting Bloom, and Burning Kiss (best lvl 2) - are the most important and best offensive talents.
P.S. When the game lagged at 1:14:09, I felt really sad.
