I offer a few options when it comes to thigh contouring after major weight loss. The first option is a more limited option. It's where you do just an inner thigh lift, where the incision's along the upper-thigh crease, and the second option, which is much more common for my patients, is an inner thighplasty, where you have two incisions. You have a shorter one in the upper -thigh crease, and you have a longer one that now goes up and down the inner part of the thigh, but that allows me to change the entire shape of the thigh and make the thigh smaller, and patients really look for that type of improvement after losing a lot of weight.
