Update: As of June 26, 2020, there have been multiple iOS/Android system updates as well as many FordPass App updates, therefore the methods shown in this video may only work for a few people. If you have continued issues, I suggest you reach out to your local Ford Dealership.
This video offers one solution to the FordPass app crashing on the iPhone. Newest version of iOS and the app was conflicting causing the app to crash right after trying to open it.
I reached out to Ford but no one was able to give me any guidance on how to fix this problem. I finally found a solution to the app crashing and now my app is working properly, as it should! I hope this helps all you out there wishing Ford would put out an update or roll back the most recent update.
