材料 ingredients
1 支猪腿/猪脚 1 pork thigh/ trotter
1碗海參 (浸泡后焯水) 1 bowl of sea cucumber (soak and blanch)
1碗猪脚根/ 猪脚筋 (浸泡后焯水)1 bowl of pork tendon (soak and blanch)
20粒冬枯 (浸泡)20 soaked shiitake mushrooms
6片姜片 6 ginger slices
20粒蒜瓣 20 garlic cloves
1根桂皮 1 cinnamon stick
1-2粒八角 1-2 star anise
调味 seasonings
酱油 soy sauce
黑酱油 black soy sauce
盐 salt
几粒冰糖 few rock sugar
1汤匙鲍鱼汁/ 蚝油 1 tbsp abalone sauce/ oyster sauce
焖45分钟-1小时 Stew for 45mins to 1 hour
