Morpeth, Northumberland【4K】 | Town Centre Walk 2021

Описание: Join me for a walk around the historic town centre of Morpeth, one of the most significant towns in Northumberland, and located just over 15 miles north of Newcastle upon Tyne. Established in the Norman era, Morpeth grew up as a major market town for the region, and is home to a number of historic medieval buildings.

On our walk around Morpeth, we pass a number of interesting landmarks, including the River Wansbeck, the Church of St. James the Great, Morpeth Market Square, Morpeth Town Hall, Morpeth Clock Tower, Sanderson Arcade, St. George's Church, Morpeth Chantry, Chantry Footbridge, Telford Bridge, Morpeth Court, Carlisle Park and Morpeth Castle.
