Lena is a musically pioneering Syrian-Armenian singer. Her music has elements of oriental jazz mixed with eastern songs from the Arab world, Armenian songs and western classical music. This is combined with traditional Eastern instruments and harmonies with their Western counterparts.
She calls her tour in Sweden "The hope and love journey". Known for her improvisations and interaction with the audience, Lena will offer an unforgettable evening where she invites you to dance and sing in Arabic, Armenian and English. The concert at the Malmö Festival is presented in collaboration with the Riksteatern.
