This video if the first part of building the WESTERN HUNTER from Knife Kits.com. This knife features a bolster and AMERIGRIP scales that are layered with G10 and rubber composite. They should be very grippy. With the new scroll saw blades from OLSON SAW COMPANY it was much easier than before when I was cutting G10. The scroll saw blades are skip tooth plain end with 8-6 TPI, a special thanks to them for the bladed and conversion kit. FYI: If you notice the blade in the peening segment is without tape there is a reason that will be revealed at a later date. These are teaching videos and there is always something new to learn. You will have a lesson when I reveal the rest of the story.
