Installing a new positive battery terminal using an OEM-style terminal and crimp-on lugs in a way that should be as reliable or better than new. This was done on an '06 Honda Pilot, but it would be the same on any vehicle with possibly a different terminal.
The terminal chosen was a newer Honda part number:
Honda/Acura PN: 32418-RNA-A01 used on 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗰 (06–15), Acura 𝗜𝗟𝗫 (13–15) & 𝗠𝗗𝗫 (14–15) and others.
This specific terminal was chosen because it's easily available (Amazon, Honda dealers, and parts stores...), OEM quality, has a stud to accept cable lugs like most modern terminals, and has metric fasteners that match the 10mm on the existing negative terminal. Most other terminals on the market have SAE hardware, which would be annoying on a Honda that you can take apart with a 10mm wrench.
