Another TRICK To Set Up Windows 11 WITHOUT Internet And Microsoft Account!!!

Описание: Windows 11 23H2 and later impose mandatory requirements of Internet connection and Microsoft Account to complete its setup.

To get around this restriction, most Windows 11 users have been using the bypassnro.cmd script to enable the offline setup and local account creation.

However, as per Microsoft's announcement on March 28, 2025, they will be removing the bypassnro.cmd script from the next Windows 11 build.

But fortunately, there might still be a working alternative to get around this restriction, which is by adding a bypassnro registry key manually during the setup.

Required DOS Commands

** Adding resgistry key **
reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OOBE /v BypassNRO /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

** Restarting Windows **
shutdown /r /t 0

** Releasing active network connection **
ipconfig /release
