This first meditaion is a journey to the Temple you create within your mind. Nicki Scully refers to this Temple as the ethereal Temple. The ethereal Temple which you create within your mind, you will discover, is a valuable mental tool that teaches you many things . The first and foremost is the ability to center your thoughts and imagination in a place of personal sacred empowerment.

In all of the Temples in Egypt there was a sacred lake. There were a number of reasons why the anceint archatects enginered these lakes to be a part of the Temple complexes. One of those reasons was using the nature and surface water as a teaching tool. Water creates a reflection. Like how our minds can create images that appear as reflections of our memories of the past, how we can visualize images of places and objects etc. Like water our minds are reflective.

In this meditation we will use the reflective nature of water as a catalyst to engage the conscious mind. This will prime the power of your imagination so you can easily and effectively approach the deeper visual perceptions of your sub conscious mind and thus slip into a meditative state of mind.

Once you become familiar with the key visualizations offered within this video, close your eyes and journey to your sacred Temple within your mind.
