Hello!! I have been itching to make a whimsical billowy top with some puffy sleeves... I wanted the look of a historical shirt but none of the constraints, so follow along as I show my process for how I get from a photo I found on Pinterest all the way to a finished garment. Note that this is not a historical shirt, it will be sewn with modern machines and instruments.
This was a super fun video for me to make, I'm really pleased with the result and hope that you like it. I also hope you can use the steps outlined to make something of your own, or feel free to make the same thing I did.
