The Romanita building is an impressive example of the brutalist architectural style that was popular in the Soviet Union in the 1970s. The lower floors also house some offices and business premises. The Romanita building is a symbol of the architectural and urban development of Chișinău during the Soviet era. It is an important example of brutalist architecture, which can be found in many former Soviet republics, and attracts both tourists and architectural enthusiasts due to its striking appearance. The building is located in a central location in Chișinău, which offers residents good access to various facilities and services of the city.
