Building structured, personalized internal and external executive function supports helps health care providers build resilience, handle administrative burdens, and lead well through challenging times.
There is no need to have an ADHD diagnosis to work on and build executive function skills. These are complex skills which have supported all of our journeys through health care. We have differing strengths and weaknesses in our executive functions. Spending time building awareness of our strengths to optimize function and supporting improvements in our weaker areas opens the door to calm, increased self-awareness, resilience and deeply supporting ourselves and others in times of change.
