Key Points/Instructions :
1. Play around with different points on your body
2. Hold on a spot that feels tense (anywhere above 5/10 pain level)
3. After 20-60 seconds on a spot (or if the pain comes down to a (2 or 3/10) let go
give the muscle room (time) to bring in blood
4. Move on to a different spot. Rinse and repeat
Tips:
1. Using the handles helps for adding pressure or holding
2. Try not to force it. A small steady, consistent pressure is better than trying to push too hard and fix it quickly
3. Don’t spend longer than 3 minutes on one spot (let it rest, work on something else, come back later)
