Level 1: Kumbhaka Pranayama
3-Second Hold – 12 Cycles
6-Second Hold – 12 Cycles
9-Second Hold – 12 Cycles
Practice this sequence twice daily for 3 months.
As you progress through the holds, you may notice a subtle warmth building in your body. This is not ordinary heat—it is the awakening of inner energy. With each breath hold, the spinal fluid is gently drawn upwards, extending its rhythm and vibration. This lengthening of the oscillation allows more life force (prana) to circulate through your central channel, nourishing the brain, nervous system, and every cell of your body.
Over time, this practice strengthens the electromagnetic field around you. Your aura becomes brighter, more resilient, and less vulnerable to external negativity. The nervous system stabilizes, mental chatter slows, and the body begins to radiate vitality. This is why even in Level 1, you will start to notice signs of inner glow, anti-aging effects, and a profound sense of inner balance.
This is not just breathwork—it is the first step in activating your inner energy system and aligning with your higher potential.
Kumbhaka Pranayama is one of the most powerful yogic practices for healing and transformation. By gently holding the breath, you strengthen your spine and nervous system, awaken the body’s natural anti-ageing mechanisms, and restore inner balance. Just a few minutes of consistent practice each day brings clarity, glow, vitality, and deep inner calm.
