This man, Barney Donaldson, does business as a ministry that sought to convert a former nursing home into a residential living facility. He’s been locked in litigation with the City of Canton for years over that property.
In the meantime, Donaldson says he received a video that demonstrates Judge Martin's bias. He even submitted a ChatGPT-generated report asserting the video is authentic.
So why did he wait two years to bring it up?
