The fragility of nature is close to our hearts at Fusion CI Studios, with co-founder Lauren Millar's background as documentary filmmaker & Mark Stasiuk's in Earth Science. For #EarthDay, our team designed & built a data sculpture piece focused on the spectacular beauty of our planet. With drone footage of Icelandic waterfalls as a data source, we developed a technique that displays perpetually evolving virtual topography, wrapped over an LED globe - creating an infinitely evolving, 3-dimensional Earth dreamscape. Meet 'Fragile Finity.' Celebrating mother earth.
