This 15-minute sleep routine is a gentle, calming practice designed to guide you from restlessness into deep rest. Through slow, intentional movement, soft breath awareness, and simple grounding cues, this class helps quiet the nervous system and prepare both body and mind for sleep.
This short practice supports you in:
🌀 Releasing physical tension from the day
🌀 Settling a busy or overactive mind
🌀 Creating a sense of safety, softness, and ease
🌀 Transitioning gently into rest or sleep
This routine is perfect before bed, after a long day, or anytime you feel overstimulated and in need of grounding. You can practice it on your mat, on the floor, or even in bed, allowing yourself to move slowly and without effort.
There is nothing to achieve here. Simply arrive, breathe, and let yourself soften.
