My passover menu:
1st night: lamb, creamy artichoke with potato wedges and salads
1st lunch amazing meatballs, roasted sweet potatoes and asparagus
2nd night stuffed veal roast with capers, French green beans and puree and salads
2nd lunch: best of!
3rd night chicken schnitzels with homemade fries and super coleslaw
4th night kofta, French peas and wannabe couscous!
5th night BBQ chicken , homemade passover pasta and salads
6th night fun night ( stuffed peppers )
7th night tongue, capers, potatoes and haricots a la provencal
8th night SURPRISE! ( but I will tell you: smoked meat, homemade pickled cucumbers and potato and sweet potato wedges

For the breakfasts: matzah, cheese, jams, chocolate spread, omelettes , and so much more!

Lunch : usually we will go with milk of parve lunches!
