Important clarification: With the blue side of the Cards Action, you can only draw blindly from the deck and, if you're using the action with a strength of 5, you can instead snap any 1 card from the display. With the purple upgraded side of the Cards Action, you can draw blindly from the deck, draw from within reputation range, and, with a strength of 3 or better, snap any 1 card from the display. I may have conflated the reputation range rule and will fix my program accordingly.
