This is the theme for the RuneScape dungeoneering boss Hope Devourer. Level 101 dungeoneering is required to find and fight it on floor 51 or lower.
Musically it's very similar to other behemoth themes, borrowing elements from bulwark , gluttonous and runebound. Of course like other warped themes, it has many odd sounds thrown in as well. A very fitting theme in my opinion.
