I really believe that everyone needs a different pressure so, how do you know what type of pressure your clients would prefer? In this video, I share a couple of pointers that I have picked up along the way and an amazing trick I use to let me know by just looking at someone if they would prefer a deeper or lighter touch during their reflexology session.
