The Critical Bench YouTube channel is looking for another SUPERSTAR to be a regular content creator. So we hosted our very FIRST LIVE audition and captured it all to share with our amazing audience!

Check out Amy Dannheim! A Yoga Teacher originally from Largo Florida. Amy spent 15 years growing up in Miami Beach where her love for fitness and health developed. This happened from playing sports, hitting the gym and constantly finding ways to keep her body moving. When she discovered Yoga for the first time, she was immediately interested, and decided to become a Yoga Teacher and open her own Yoga Studio.

Unfortunately Amy was one of the many people who were impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic when she was forced to close down her small business. Yoga was what helped her through that difficult time, and further solidified her passion for sharing these techniques to others. Find out what led her to the Critical Bench Compound to compete for the grand prize of becoming Critical Bench's NEXT Fitness Star.
