If you’re experiencing a tight or knotted feeling in your stomach when you’re under pressure, this short video offers a gentle tapping exercise you can try.
This is for those times when your stomach feels unsettled, heavy, or tight - especially during busy periods, before important conversations, or when you’ve been carrying a lot mentally.
To practice this video you don't need any experience of tapping / EFT and there's nothing you need to believe. Just follow along, tapping where I tap and repeating the words I say. You can also adjust the words so they feel more like what you'd say, or more closely fit what you're feeling. Follow along gently and notice what happens in your stomach, breathing, and body.
This kind of body-based approach is often used when stress shows up physically, such as stomach tension, digestive discomfort, butterflies, or that familiar “knot in the stomach” feeling. Please feel welcome to check out my other similar videos for when stress turns up physically:
