For the first time in Rwandan history, the National Council of Persons with disabilities organized a Fashion show to celebrate the international day of the disabled people. The international day for the disabled is always celebrated on the 3rd of December.
True to the adage that disability is not inability. It was a rocking evening for lovers of fashion and style as disabled people displayed their skills in modeling.
