2026 Workout Challenge - 50 Push Up, 50 Sit Up, 50 Squat Challenge | Day 3
I dis this work out after my longest workout of 2025:
chest triceps
bench press 130 lbs each 8 reps, 6 reps, 110 lbs 3 reps fail, 55 lbs 4 reps
Seated military press, 80 degrees angle 40 pounds dumbbells 7 reps, 5 reps, fail 35 lbs 7 reps
15 minutes complete bonus time!
Incline bench press 30 degrees 90lbs 8 reps, 5 reps, 6 reps speaking forth my strength.
Dumbbell head crushers 35 pounds 7 reps, 6 reps, 32.5 lbs 7 reps
Dumbbell butterfly press 30 lbs 7 reps, 30 minutes complete bonus time x2, 6 reps, 4 reps daily 25 lbs 8 reps
Hoist roc it dip machine 125 lbs narrow 6 reps, 105 lbs narrow 7 reps, 7 reps
45 minute workout complete.
50-50 50 challenge.
Stretch for five minutes with 8 pound ball
