TODAY'S RECIPE IS Mango Poke Cake Recipe | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Soften butter 2 tbsp
Powder sugar 1/3 cup
Mix until fluffy
Flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Milk 1/3 cup
Mix well
Mango purée 2 tbsp
Mango essence 1/2 tsp
Mix well
6 inch pan
Grease butter
Let the cake cool down
Poke the cake
Condensed milk 1/4 cup
White Chocolate 1/4 cup
Microwave for 1 mins
Smooth mixture
Mango purée 2 tbsp
Mix well
Keep it in the fridge for 30 mins
Whipping cream 1/2 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Mango flavour 1 tsp
Beat until stiff peaks
Chocolate cake chips on top
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
