"It's like you're trying to talk yourself into a prison sentence because you can't be honest about anything." — Jeremy Yaks, a first-time felon with a history of 3 or 4 OVIs, faces a skeptical Judge who isn't buying his story. Despite bringing his "life coach" from an equine therapy farm to testify, the Judge tears apart Yaks' claims about his recovery.
The situation gets worse when Yaks tries to explain a shady situation involving prepaying $50 for Adderall, leading the Judge to accuse him of giving "half-truths and lies." Instead of sentencing him to probation as requested, the Judge orders a psychological evaluation and gives him a final warning: start telling the truth, or else.
