This glitch allows an employee to become invincible.
Method 1: Get an employee enchanted by Big Bird to be selected by the roulette
Method 2: End the day while an employee is still working on the Big and Might be Bad Wolf, and make sure the work result will be bad
Method 3: Get an employee enchanted by Big Bird to be captured by Snow Queen when Big Bird possesses them
Method 4: Get an employee enchanted by Big Bird to be eaten by the Wolf
The glitch can last through multiple days, and there are multiple ways to revert the glitch
Method 1: Retry Day/Return to Memory Repository/Return to Main Menu
Method 2: Get the invincible employee captured by Snow Queen and rescue them
Method 3: Get the invincible employee eaten by the Wolf and rescue them
