After the recent buffs Caspian received in the Valor's End update, most people have been abusing the extremely strong talent, 'Measured Cadence'. However, the rework to his dash has also made a less popular playstyle much more fun! The talent 'Everywhere At Once' drastically reduces the cooldown of his dash, and this is incredibly fun to use after these changes!
