All Luigi's Voice Clips from Luigi's Mansion 2 HD (A Switch Remastered Port of the 3DS Game: Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon) provided by Charles Martinet.
Just like the last video of Toad's voice clips, Luigi's voice clips in this are remastered to Uncompressed Audio!
And for those wondering "Where are his cutscenes voice clips?", unfortunately the cutscenes audio files in both the original 3DS and Switch remaster versions are streamed audio tracks where the SFX, voice clips and Music are all baked together on each respective cutscene audio players when triggered. :(
It's not like the cutscenes audio files from Zelda Skyward Sword where the SFX and voice clips play individually as wavs in sequence where they could easily be ripped. As sad as it sounds, there's nothing we can do with this one.
