Mr. Akshya Aryal
▪️ Akshya is an Associate at Pioneer Law Associates where he is part of the corporate team of the firm and is involved in various corporate matters including due diligence, corporate compliance, research and drafting in areas related to Private Equity, Foreign Direct Investment, Taxation, Energy Laws.
▪️ He has been involved in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution from 2015. He has represented his university in various arbitration, mediation, and negotiation competitions in both national and international levels.
▪️ He has observed several international mediations (including court mandated mediations) and international commercial arbitrations.
▪️ Akshya has shared his enthusiasm for ADR through teaching, training, extensive writing, and public speaking. He believes that ADR holds a key value in the future of dispute resolution in Nepal and elsewhere.
