EP403 - Tesla Customer Service Reality in Australia. Small issue but frustrating reality.

Описание: This is my rant about Tesla's Customer Service here in Australia. I had only a small problem, the issues wasn't fixed but the service ticket is closed. I understood, they provided a work around until a software fix is available but this example shows, how quick they are closing off tickets without keeping the customer in the loop, not providing enough feedback of escalation and hoping the problem just goes away. It's very similar to the tow bar issue I discussed a few episodes back:    • EP399 - Tesla's aftermarket tow bar promis...  

I'm not growing colourful flowers in my bum, you're getting blunt facts here. This channel shares the pure experience and is not one of these always positive Tesla channels. The product is brilliant but the service could be a lot better ins some instances.
