Of course, the recommended use is to refresh your hair in between dyeing. But many of Love Colors still look great when applied over medium and darker shades of hair.

In this video we compare hair swatches of all of our current Love Color shades to show you before & afters on faded dyed hair, platinum, medium brown, and darker brown.

For natural, unbleached hair, always use clarifying shampoo like our Prepare to Dye shampoo prior to application. This will help to open the hair cuticle and allow more color deposit. Virgin, unbleached hair normally has smoother & healthier hair cuticles, which might not allow full color absorption and result in a much quicker fade out.
