Even our identity and roles change over time.
But beneath all of this movement, there is a silent awareness within — calm, steady, and untouched. That inner state of pure being, free from disturbance, is called Paramshanti.
It is:
The peace that does not depend on circumstances
The silence that remains even when the mind is noisy
The stability that exists in the middle of life’s ups and downs
Everything outside is temporary.
Paramshanti is the permanent inner reality.
