when you forget how much long distance running sucks, but don't want to have the long run training eat up all your time - what can you do?
The lazy boi 50k! Break it into 12 parts, starting at the top of the hour and run/walk about 2.5 miles each time. Does it still hurt a lot? I guess you'll have to watch to find out:)
This is also a test to teach my brain that the Bigs Backyard Ultra (4mi each hour) would suckkkk and to stop considering doing it.
