Hey guys in this video I am going to make Sodium Hydroxide using my previous technique of mixing quicklime with sodium bicarbonate which is solved as Meetha soda for kitchens in India.

The procedure is going to be exactly same as the procedure I have so in my previous video of making Sodium Hydroxide but in this video we are going to make it in solid form by evaporation of the resulting mixture.

However the technique is not very suitable for the use of sodium hydroxide in serious reaction where concentration is required because the Sodium Hydroxide made by this process contains a lot of water handset will make undesired solution of varying concentration than expected.

For exact concentration of sodium hydroxide we need to try trade it with standard solution of HCl.

However in this video I will not be performing in standardrdistion because this video is made for journal public who have access to the simple components available at any kitchen Store or grocery store.
