2019 _ will be _ a big wave _ Brands _ um _ kind _ of following fast _ after _ uh _ the few _ early
movers that _ have been _ out there like _ tide like _ [...] _ who've had their _ skills _ out there for _ a while I _ think _ now _ we're _ [...] _ getting Brands coming to us and realizing this _ is really a ripe space _ and _ trying to _ figure out _ um _ what _ conversation they want to _ have with _ their consumer _ um _ and _ our advice _ typically _ uh _ to them _ is to think _ about _ the _ context _ Think about _ what _ at home _ moments _ your _ brand _ can kind of _ own _ um and where it makes sense for _ you to provide some sort of _ value _ to your customer _ um _ you know _ which part of the _ path to _ purchase _ in _ our case _ is _ going _ to uh _ be most relevant _ that _ you want to _ try to deliver on like _ have _ something that helps during the research _ phase do you _ want to _ have _ something that _ helps with _ ordering

conversational experience _ um _ Voice to Text technology _ is _ making _ made _ huge strides _ in the _ past five years _ um _ accuracy _ transcription to text _ has made _ huge strides _ which _ enables _ all applications _ to _ essentially _ add _ voice experiences _ directly into their applications _ uh _ interfacing through a conversational interface _ and I think that _ you know _ in _ 5 _ 10 years _ speaking _ to _ access information _ might be our primary form _ of communication _ and actually _ typing into _ a keyboard _ might _ seem like a thing _ of _ the past _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Yeah I _ just think _ uh _ it's _ worth pointing out _ that we're _ at a really neat _ point _ right now where _ all this technology _ is _ actually good enough _ for purpose _ It's not science fiction _ anymore _ and _ things like _ uh _ speech recognition _ or intent _ recognition _ um _ [...] _ text _ to speech _ all that _ stuff _ It's gonna _ be commodity _ It's _ be free _ um _ and _ you _ know _ there _ may _ be some differentiation _ between _ like oh _ Microsoft is better _ this _ in Google's _ [...] _ better at that _ but _ uh _ it's _ really what are you _ take _ with _ those _ things _ what are you going _
