Описание: Rheintraum is a Dutch krautrock collective exploring the sonic borders between analog experimentation, motorik rhythms and cinematic soundscapes. Rooted in the tradition of German pioneers like Cluster, NEU!, and Harmonia - but filtered through a modern, genre-fluid lens - Rheintraum creates immersive instrumental music that blends hypnotic repetition with intuitive improvisation.

Their second album Radiophysik is a sonic transmission from a parallel past: a world of dusty radio towers, flickering dials and analog ghosts whispering across forgotten frequencies. Recorded live with overdubs, the album is both raw and atmospheric containing equal parts industrial hum, cosmic drift and melodic abstraction.

Radiophysik draws from the language of early electronic music but avoids nostalgia by staying firmly rooted in the now. It’s music for deep listening, evocative, slow-burning and wide open. The tracks unfold patiently, inviting the listener into a sound world that’s as tactile as it is transportive.The Band Two Dutch funk musicians with a shared obsession for experimental German underground rock and proto-techno from the 1970s. Phil Martin (The Soul Snatchers, Laura Vane & The Vipertones among others) plays motorik-style drums, keyboards, bass and percussion. Tim den Heijer (Funkstamatics, Euro Cinema) handles guitars. No script, no rules, no pre-written compositions, just spontaneous playing and meticulous editing.

On September 12th, 2025, the album Radiophysik has been released across major digital platforms including Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer and many others.
