NOTE: This might not work if there just recently was a patch in Guild Wars 2 since arcdps needs to get updated first. If that is the case, wait a few days for the updated arcdps file and try again.
In case the way shown in the video does not work for you, you can try this as an alternative:
Move the dxgi.dll file to the same location as your d3d11.dll.
