老妈子的香炒番薯叶
材料:
450克 番薯叶
20克 虾米
20克 蒜头
20克 辣椒干糊
10克 马来盏
5汤匙 油
150毫升 热水
调味:
1茶匙 鸡粉
½茶匙 盐
做法:
在涡里热油,爆香虾米,蒜头,马来盏,辣椒干糊,番薯叶。大火快速炒匀,加入水,盖上1分钟,即可享用。
Belacan Sweet Potato Leaves
Ingredients:
450g sweet potato leaves
20g dried shrimps
20g garlic
20g dried chili paste
10g belacan
5 tablespoons oil
150ml water
Seasonings:
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
½ teaspoon salt
Methods:
Heat oil in wok, stir-fry dried shrimp, garlic, belacan, dried chili paste, sweet potato leaves till fragrant. High heat stir well, add in water, cover the wok for a minute, dish up and serve immediately.
