Today we’re building a balanced upper body with push + pull moves to strengthen arms, shoulders, and back. This workout is designed for women 40+ who want toned, functional strength anchored in God’s truth.

Overhead Dumbbell Press
Chest Press (Dumbbells or Floor Press)
Bicep Curls (Traditional or Hammer)
Lateral Raises
Dumbbell Rows
