Imagine playing a game for hours, the power goes out, and you lose everything. Let's make sure that never happens to your players.
In this utility tutorial, we are skipping the messy JSON parsing and text files. Instead, we are building a professional Session Architecture using Godot's built-in Resource system. You will learn how to create a custom save file, write it to the disk using ResourceSaver, and most importantly, how to keep that data alive across scene changes using an Autoload (Singleton).
By the end of this video, you'll have a robust system that can save scores, positions, and player names with type-safety and zero friction.
