When life hurts, we don’t stop moving — we learn how to move with it.
This short, mindful yoga and somatics practice is an invitation to meet grief, change, and sensation with presence, breath, and gentle motion.

This practice is about engaging with sensation — not fixing it, bypassing it, or pushing it away. Through slow, embodied movement, breath-led transitions, and moments of stillness, we explore how it feels to stay awake inside a changing body and an ever-shifting emotional landscape.

Inspired by somatic inquiry and mindful asana, this class gently weaves together grounding, spiraling, balancing, and subtle shaking — offering space for grief, tenderness, love, and aliveness to move within us. Nothing here needs to be resolved. This is about allowing sensation to be felt, trusted, and integrated.

You’ll hear reflections on grief as a shade of love, on being willing to feel what’s here, and on how movement can create just enough friction for something new to emerge. This is a practice for the nervous system, the heart, and the places that feel tender or alive right now.

Come as you are. Move slowly. Let yourself wobble. Let yourself feel.

This practice is supportive for:
-Somatic yoga and mindful movement
-Grief-informed yoga and emotional processing
-Nervous system regulation through slow flow
-Embodied awareness and sensation-based practice
-Moving gently when life feels tender or uncertain

No experience needed — just a body, a breath, and a willingness to listen.
