Adaptive Audio is a new feature for AirPods Pro Gen 2 that automatically adjusts the sound profile of your AirPods Pro based on the fit and seal in your ears, as well as the ambient noise around you. This means that you'll always get the best possible sound quality, no matter where you are or what you're doing.
To use Adaptive Audio, simply update your AirPods Pro Gen 2 to the latest firmware and make sure that you're using iOS 17 or later. Once you've done that, you'll be able to toggle Adaptive Audio on or off in the Bluetooth settings for your AirPods Pro Gen 2.
