Описание: On Feb. 27, 2021, the Packingtown Museum presented a free virtual lecture by Dominic A. Pacyga, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of History at Columbia College Chicago. The virtual journey through the historic Union Stock Yards was followed by an audience Q&A, and we’re happy to offer the lecture with subtitles in English and Spanish for folks to enjoy and share.
