"I was caught completely by surprise when this solid keeper fluke took my bait, wasn’t expecting much, just tossing a line and hoping for the best. It gave a good fight, too, thrashing around like it had something to prove. But as I reeled it in and saw its size, something in me hesitated. Maybe it was my old fishing superstitions, or just a gut feeling I’ve learned to trust. So, even though it was a keeper by any standard, I threw it back into the water. Call it a hunch, but sometimes you’ve got to let the good ones go in hopes that something even bigger is headed your way.
