Saudi Arabia has signed a mutual defence agreement with nuclear-armed Pakistan, days after Israel carried out a major attack on the Hamas leadership in Qatar. The defence agreement, which states that an attack on either country is an attack on both, is being seen as a clear signal to Israel, which has attacked six countries so far in 2025. Is this the beginning of the formation of an Arab NATO?
